Inknut is a nut-like fruit used for ink making and is thought to cure blindness. Antiqua is a style of typeface which mimics handwriting and calligraphy found during the 15th and 16th centuries. Together these terms define the unique typeface known as Inknut Antiqua.

This typeface is commonly used for long-form text and literature, with handcrafted attributes and ink-like properties. The bold, ancient-like properties give it an almost castle-like feel, which makes sense given its Amsterdam roots.
